    • Could be more organised. Didn't find out what placements we were in until the end of week 1 Otherwise, there's been a lot of support throughout

    • Huge amount of support, both in personal life and within work. Loads of opportunities to get involved and develop skills

    • I study Aviation Management which has provided a fantastic foundation to this role. It's meant I can come in and learn more high level knowledge instead of starting off with the basics.
