Liaising with Project managers and communicating with clients and principle contractors to tackle any challenges or track progress made on the project and what the requirements are moving forward
Communication skills develop very quickly by leading meetings to presenting ideas
I enjoy the culture at Arcadis, everyone is very supportive and my questions are always answered
Very structured. Line managers are aware of academic progress as well as on the job work on different projects
I receive all the support I need to continue growing in my job role
There are always calls about the qualifications I will be trying to achieve to share information and help out others in the same situation
