We work as sales executives, doing a range of cold calling to drive new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
I have developed my customer service skills and learnt how to handle objection and deal with rejection in the office.
I enjoy the work aspect of the role a lot, however the apprenticeship side can sometimes be tedious, the roles and responsibilities we are given in the work place, however, are great.
From the internal perspective we understand our roles well and are given regular training sessions however there is sometimes some confusion with our course work etc.
We have many levels of support to go to depending on what the issue is and how high it needs to be escalated all of which are always happy to help.
We are given regular booked in sessions as well as drop in calls that we can use to contact them. Also should we need we can always contact them directly.
Some of the skills that we learn on our trips to wyboston with our training provider have been very useful and the role plays that we do there are often used in our day to day jobs.
There are many sports teams and other activities to join in on as well as TNO's and more team oriented things to do which are often organised. Both during the day and night time.
Yes
It is a great place to start your career where you are able to learn the sales role however there is not too much pressure.
Do it!
