I have learnt how to pitch and approach businesses, prospect them with something that could be valuable to their day to day running's. I have learnt how a corporate business is run internally and why certain systems are in place.
Overall it's been an enjoyable experience but I feel like the support has lacked sometimes.
Sometimes it is very organised and then sometimes things are quite un-organised.
Overall there is a lot of support but sometimes I feel like there is too much information to take in and I find myself needing more and more support. It can be hard to keep up with.
Firebrand give out a lot of support, Jason has been great.
I would say it has been detrimental for me to perform better at my role. The sales training I received through my training has helped me tremendously with my approach in my role. I have learnt skills and techniques that would take years to learn without any training.
Yes lots of team night outs, charity events, vendor lunches.
Yes
Very good place to work for, especially if its your first job and you want to gain experience and get your foot in the door to becoming successful.
Cliché, but just be your chill self. Trust the process and if it doesn't work out then they're not the company for you.
