i am a public sector account manager. I sell to schools and colleges with in the Marlow region. i build quotes and sell. i also have a apprenticeship work along side.
I have developed alot more confidence since working here. also professional writing skills.
i am enjoying it. the people are great and i enjoy coming to work.
Its well structured and it gives great support through out the whole program. there is alot of support from both sides with softcat and firebrand.
softcat are constantly there to support us. with both our day to day job roll and with the apprenticeship work.
there is monthly catch up from firebrand and they are very quick at replying. at the beginning i wasn't receiving that much as they were stretched out because one of the trainer quit.
it does help as it helps me to learn all of the key skills i need.
there are alot of teams night out its a great way to get to know the team.
Yes
