    • i am a public sector account manager. I sell to schools and colleges with in the Marlow region. i build quotes and sell. i also have a apprenticeship work along side.

    • I have developed alot more confidence since working here. also professional writing skills.

    • i am enjoying it. the people are great and i enjoy coming to work.

    • Its well structured and it gives great support through out the whole program. there is alot of support from both sides with softcat and firebrand.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • softcat are constantly there to support us. with both our day to day job roll and with the apprenticeship work.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • there is monthly catch up from firebrand and they are very quick at replying. at the beginning i wasn't receiving that much as they were stretched out because one of the trainer quit.

    • it does help as it helps me to learn all of the key skills i need.

    • there are alot of teams night out its a great way to get to know the team.
