We work as sales executives, doing a range of cold calling to new customers and maintaining customer relationships.
I have further developed my confidence when meeting new people and also developed greater social skills at work events and meeting new people in the office.
I really enjoy my day to day job however, the coursework aspect can be a bit tedious. Furthermore the role and responsibilities to do with the job are great.
The structure is really good and is based off 80% work and 20% coursework, which works great for me.
I have received a really good amount of support and when i need more i just have to ask and people will help me.
I have regualar calls with our training provider and we can contact them whenever we need them
The skills that we learnt on our apprentiship trips like objection handling were very usefull in our day to day jobs
