    • We work as sales executives, doing a range of cold calling to new customers and maintaining customer relationships.

    • I have further developed my confidence when meeting new people and also developed greater social skills at work events and meeting new people in the office.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I really enjoy my day to day job however, the coursework aspect can be a bit tedious. Furthermore the role and responsibilities to do with the job are great.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • The structure is really good and is based off 80% work and 20% coursework, which works great for me.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I have received a really good amount of support and when i need more i just have to ask and people will help me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I have regualar calls with our training provider and we can contact them whenever we need them

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • The skills that we learnt on our apprentiship trips like objection handling were very usefull in our day to day jobs

    • Yes there are plenty!, for example i took part in the tough mudder last week and i loved it
