I have built upon my verbal and written communication. I have become more self-assured as an individual and can foster relationships easily with internal staff. I have helped mentor and support both my team and the wider team by taking on different responsibilities.
I enjoy it because of the people I work with and how supportive everyone around me is. There is always someone willing to help and I know there is support available.

I receive good support from my employer.
