On a day to day basis I complete studying sessions, shadow current employees and work on apprenticeship projects.
I have learned a lot. I learned how a network works, what security and firewalls to implement into an IT infrastructure. I have learned how to communicate in an office environment and what is accepted and what isnt.
I enjoy the interactive parts of my programme however the studying side is boring.
My programme is quite organised and there are things for us to do constantly.
The support from other is constant and helpful. Everyone helps you if possible.
from what i have seen so far, the training providers are helpful and explain things well.
It helps me articulate words better through completing projects.
