  • On a day to day basis I complete studying sessions, shadow current employees and work on apprenticeship projects.

  • I have learned a lot. I learned how a network works, what security and firewalls to implement into an IT infrastructure. I have learned how to communicate in an office environment and what is accepted and what isnt.

  • I enjoy the interactive parts of my programme however the studying side is boring.

  • My programme is quite organised and there are things for us to do constantly.

  • The support from other is constant and helpful. Everyone helps you if possible.

  • from what i have seen so far, the training providers are helpful and explain things well.
