new to the role so i currently am shadowing others in the office and learning they ways in which to communicate with customers correctly on the phone i also have apprenticeship duties to fulfil throughout the course of the day we also have to create presentations and host and join meetings
i have developed my presentations skills along with my ability to communicate with others professionally within a work environment, whilst learning about my job role i have also furthered my knowledge within the cyber and IT space , i previously had some knowledge but i feel this job will help further my understanding
i am currently enjoying my position at the company this is because everyone is very kind warm and welcoming this make it easy to "fit in" and helps take some of the stress off of joining a new environment it also makes it a very welcoming and inviting environment to work within
this program is well structured i dont feel like it "throws you in the deep end" they do a very good job of easing you in and making everything as seamless as possible this is beneficial and crucial to making this company worth working for, everyone is very professional
the employers are very good at supporting staff as well as new staff members i feel they do this very well as whenever i have needed any help or support they have been able to give it to me with no issues, everyone within the office makes it very clear that anything you need, just ask
the training providers are very good at supporting you too as they are all only a message or call away they also put you in touch with other apprentices which helps as they are also only a call away and and are there to help you whenever you need it
i feel that my qualification helps me to preform better within my job as i feel that i am getting the correct training for the job and i feel they also prepare me to face customers and do my job right, the training provided is well thought out and useful on the day to day
there are a wide range of out of office events such as vendor days when the vendors come in and you get to have a face to face with them, they also have other activities like a football team and other events where other people from different offices get together
Yes
i fell this company really cares about the employees everyone is very inclusive and is made to feel like a member of the team more so when you are in a smaller office, it give a more family vibe to the office and a sense of community, this makes it a great place to work
i would say apply as soon as you can as its very competitive to get into and the interview process is definitely something you want to start sooner rather then later, once you are signed up and in the company you will find its an amazing place to work and everyone is very inclusive
