My role is to be a part of an amazing team and to offer our customers excellent customer service and to help them if they need it. I will apply this from day to day and go above and beyond to help out customers to make them come back again.
I have developed a lot since becoming an Aldi employee like outstanding teamwork, time management, product knowledge, technology skills and many more.
I love the Aldi apprenticeship programme and it has helped me become a more experienced person and will help me for later life in targeting my goals for what I want to do. Overall the Aldi apprenticeships program is an excellent program.
My programme is excellent and is structured to my liking and to how I feel so I don’t get overwhelmed with work. It is very helpful from my trainers and my store.
My employer offers me so much support it is so helpful to have people there if I need it and they are always willing to help.
The support I receive is good and is helping me to gain more knowledge and confidence for the work and helping me towards these qualifications.
It helps me to perform better in my store role and helps me gather more knowledge to help me to improve and get better and better.
There are many things like work events that take place and activities we do this is good as it brings our team closer.

Aldi is amazing company and it’s always improving it’s very rewarding to its staff and and very well treated. They like to make sure that the employees are all happy and that’s very important in a business. But also its dedication to our customers is exceeding and it’s very good for our customers as it makes them more likely to return.
to be confident and determined to improve to be apart of the team and keep wanting to learn is very key. We are an amazing business and we look out for hard working people.
