I have learned a lot of new skills and I have also exceeded and developed my existing skills in the time that I have been on this apprenticeship
I really enjoy my programme as I have met a few new people and made some great connections with my colleagues
My programme is really well organised and structured In my opinion as everything we do is always planned out
I receive a great amount of support from my employer and colleagues as my employer has always helped me and always answered any questions or problems that I have ever had
I receive a lot of support from my training provider as they have helped me work towards my qualifications but teaching me new skills
I feel that my training provider helps me perform better in my role as they have taught me new skills that I can develop throughout the duration of my programme
There are not any extra curricular activities to get involved in at my work

I would recommend working at Halfords to a friend because I think that it’s a great opportunity to learn new skills everyday and also develop and exceed in skills they already have it’s also a great environment to work in
I would advice them to work for Halfords because it’s a great environment to be apart of, it’s also a great way of exploring your skills and learning something new everyday
