I am a 2nd Year technical apprentice which means i complete 12 or 6 week placements in different department on site.
I have learnt many new skills such as electronics soldering as well as fault finding.
i enjoy it alot, all of the the people are very helpful and are always there for you
well organised
a lot of support which includes mental health resources
Most of the the staff are very helpful however the tutors could be improved as well as the assignment platform that they use
I have used many of the skills and knowledge that i have learnt within my work on site
yes there are many sports teams as well as employee resource group events such as attending canterbury pride
Yes
It is a great company to work for as a whole with the amount of support from your employers and the overall friendly atmosphere of the colleagues you will work with day to day. You always feel heard and know that if a change is needed they will do the best that they can to help.
There are a wide range of roles available on site so if you decide you don't like the job you applied to, there other channels of opportunity.
