3 days a week we attend college completing a PEO. We then spend the other 2 days a week in the company learning about the work we will be doing and carrying out tasks.
Yes I have developed many new skills from college and the work place while beginning this apprenticeship.
I really enjoy this apprenticeship and I am excited to see where it takes me
Overall it has been organised well but there has been sometimes that we didn’t know what was happening with college.
The employer provides loads of support and are always helpful.
The lecturers give a lot of support and help when it is needed.
I feel the thinks that we have learned so far have been very beneficial to our work in the future.
