I am a HRBP and role involves partnering operational stakeholders to drive a team and organisational effectiveness. My day to day is about supporting our senior management team to create the best working environment for our teams.

The online work is too heavy in my opinion, however the programme overall is great

Great support from Suzi, not been as good since she left in December but I do understand recruitment challenges

Coaching is part of my day to day and this qualification does support my role
