  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship programme. I enjoy being faced with new tasks and pushing myself. As it is still my first year, there is alot for me to learn each day which i enjoy as I will never be bored. I also love being part of such a big team.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe the structure could have been better this year on the college's part as there has been long amounts of time with no or minimal workload and then others when I have been stressed with too many assessments at the one time. This has been discussed with BAE systems at rep meetings and changes seem to be being made.
