Yes I’ve mainly learned practical skills that I otherwise wouldn’t have learned.
I mainly enjoy the practical aspect of the apprenticeship programme.
Overall it’s ok, but i think there could be more organisation when it comes to laying out a clear path of what needs to be done and a clear timeline indicating when it needs to be done.
Yes we’ve received support every 12 weeks from our skills coach.
We receive support from our tutors in the work shop and in the classroom regularly.
I’m only in my first year so I haven’t gone in the business yet. Because of this, I’m not sure yet.
Not that i know of, but there could well be.

The job security is brilliant and the share scheme opportunity is great. Also, i believe National security is a very important industry.
