Learning Content Advisor. Look after all the content on our LMS, ensuring it’s all up to date and relevant. Also, communicating it out to the business

I’ve learnt how to use Creative Cloud and about Learning theories

I don’t enjoy my programme at the moment because I’m not at the part where it relates to my role

Not very organised. At the beginning it was very unorganised but it’s got better since our coach returned and checks in weekly with me

I receive a lot of support from my employer, we have monthly check ins about the apprenticeship

I receive weekly support now

I feel like it helps a lot because it gives me the info I didn’t necessarily know before and gives me the chance to put it into practice
