Everyday in the morning, I prepare the restaurant for opening. By setting tills with correct amount and prepare job list for a day, delighte team members to their tasks. Make sure all the jobs are completed. Support team members on front and back of the house, making sure they are taking breaks. Dealing with customer complaints, food and beer delivery.
I'm more confident dealing with all kind customer complaints. I'm able to motivate each employee individually, basing on their needs. Dealing with enquiries over the phone or by email. I know how to advertise our business and also how to build customer profile.
I have to say that during the course I am flooded with so much information regarding my feature new job role 'supervisor level 3'. All aspects are covered. From setting personal goal, to how to lead them and how to create promotion and moist important one creating positive experience for our guests.
Programme I'm on is well structured and organised with regular meetings with my coach.
Well, I'm not feeling supported by my employer now but he always attend regularly to my review meeting with my coach.
My training coach always make sure he answered all my questions.
Each week I am learning something new then I'm able to use those skills at work straight away.
