My role offers many different task and responsibilities, it allows me to work both operationally as well as logistically. It also allows me to move around different sectors of the business so I can get a full overview of the operation and learn a vast number of extremely useful skills
I came into an industry that I had zero knowledge of and am constantly learning about new skills and tips within this industry. There are many different areas across site which means there is a lot to learn, but slowly with the help of my colleagues I'm getting there.
I am thoroughly enjoying my program, there are so many challenges that I face but I love getting stuck into them. The company doesn't put pressure on me and understand that I will make mistakes which knowing this gives me the confidence to try new things and push myself.
At the start the Uni could have been a bit more structured and better at communicating with the students as we didnt really understand what was happening. But the company is structured/organised and outlines what's going to happen going forward and how we are going to achieve goals.
Yes
Because it is a fantastic place to work with so many friendly colleagues. And they have a fantastic culture where people are more than happy to help other out.
