  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I could not enjoy it more. I love the work that I do by being capable of putting in my headphones and working independently through my tasks throughout the day. That joy brings great enjoyment and fulfilment into my day. This, mixed with great relationships with my colleagues throughout the office, always means there are great conversations in my day. My senior colleagues believe in me, so they always also allow me to take on different tasks, which I really appreciate.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification helps significantly as I am always able to relate things learnt in the classroom to things I do in my day-to-day job. The most important so far has been the health and safety and the management as all this was related to my job role and being new helped me gain a big understanding of my company an how safety is incorporated into my role.
