No two days are the same, and I enjoy working within a project team which wants me to get the most out of the program
It is structured reasonably well, as this is the first year my employer has offered this opportunity - there is constantly ways that improvements can be made being discussed.
There is a wealth of resource and experience available from my employer to refer to and ask questions.
The distance learning is great! Again the resources and help that is available to students is amazing considering we are only on campus once every twelve weeks.
Certain topics and modules are very relatable and create a greater understanding, but due to the industry I am in being very specialist it is hard for the training provider to be specific to said industry.
We have had team building events with ourselves and our contractors. Always good to be able to speak to people away from the workplace.

There is a lot of work available within the transmission business unit in the next 10 to 15 years.
It is what you make of it, benefits are on par with most other large capital construction companies but job security is there.
