I work within Talent Acquisition and I coordinate the recruitment of new colleagues. I coordinate diaries, arrange interviews, book meeting rooms, talk to candidates and our hiring managers.
I have learned new technical skills and I'm now more confident in using certain programs such as excel.
I have enjoyed certain aspects of each module as it's very relevant to my current role and therefore I can pick things up quickly
The structure of my course is laid out very clearly and modules are easy to access at any time.
I regular receive support from my line manager
My coach is very responsive and makes time for any queries I have with my coursework. My coach has been really supportive and present during my apprenticeship.
The most helpful thing that my course has provided me with are resources for organisation and time management. I use these quite often with work tasks that don't involve my apprenticeship.
I'm not aware of many extra-curricular activities. Activities and events like these seem more common with solicitors.
