I work on a 6 month rotation where I work in various departments. Most recently I have worked in the Site Management side, and am currently working in the Planning department helping with schedules and logistics plans, sourcing supplies for site set ups etc
I have developed in every aspect. Communication. IT skills, Management skills. I have broadened my knowledge in construction tenfold.
Fully enjoy it. I have an amazing team, good managers, great support and plenty of guidance.
Semi Organised but I prefer this structure as it allows me to be more flexible within my role
As answered previously I have plenty of support from multiple areas for my role, including day to day work, uni, and overall support looking forward at the future
The qualification has definitely proven to be useful in my role, using different software and helping aid understanding in different areas of constriction which I am not exposed to as often while also reinforcing those that I am.
Yes, plenty of extra activities organised by Kier both fun and also education often
