Performing audit procedures on Financial services entities

Poor communication and organisation on part of early careers team - given incorrect dates for exams/courses, and exams booked during busy season. Unreasonable expectations on new joiners to be accountable for this when they are also learning their roles and responsibilities.
Managers and seniors have been very supportive and helpful, but early careers/resourcing teams do not seem to want to take responsibility for queries and pass me off to someone else/leave me to resolve issues I have little understanding of myself
Better communication and support is needed, see above. Managers have been supportive and helpful, being aware of when I have exams etc
