I'm currently going round all departments of the warehouse and learning to the skills and tools necessary to manage these departments. This involves daily PD briefs to colleagues, 1 to 1s, walkrounds, transport meetings and much more.
Absolutely, coming out of A levels, I've been able to not only develop my human relation skills but also my management skills and all the communication related to it.
I don't regret my choice at all and recommend it o any and everyone
The work to school ration is spot on and my development is carefully monitored and reviewed.
100% My line manager is top tier and always there to answer any queries or questions
So much support is provided by Aston and all its lecturers, there is no doubt in my mind that if I need help with something, I'll get it
