Working on live deals, advising clients and creating materials to win new business
Developed skills by working on live projects, additional technical training and also through studying for exams
The role is very interesting, no two days are the same
The programme is structured relatively well however as with everything there is always room for improvement
I receive lots of help from my own direct team, less help from other support teams like professional development and HR
There is a standard amount of support, but limited additional support
In M&A, the qualification has a limited impact in helping me to perform in my role
