Network Planner. My day to day role requires me to do investigation using our systems to determine if we can provide our services to the customer and then based on that info I am creating a pre-plan on how to connect customer to VM network.
I have learned so many things since I have joined VMO2, have attended multiple trainings, learned lots of new skills while studying my apprenticeship related topics. have developed my existing skills.
I am really enjoying my programme, it has brought positive changes into my life and gave me a purpose and motivation. I am very grateful that I have been selected for this programme and given this chance. it's not easy, many challenges come in to the way, but it promotes growth and makes me more confident.
It is not easy to link my role (Network Planner) to my apprenticeship title (Project Management) as I am not getting directly exposed to the topics to get required knowledge in project management. Would be great if we could be assisting a project manager at the very start of the project stages and get that exposure level.
From my employer I receive study day, assigned mentor, extra training for the areas which I need to perform my Planners duties.
I do receive a feedback on my submissions, but I would like to have an opportunity to get in touch with my BPP tutor more often. We have another Webinar Tutor Derek Bell who is doing our Webinars and he is great. I would like to get more guidance from my coach how to get the best results and pass exams with the highest results.
My qualification and my role have not much in common, but it does help my in my role to look at the things in different way which benefits to achieving better results
Social activities - team events, we went to CUBE in Arndale with a team, had Christmas event. Would like them more often
Yes

Stay brave and real, believe in yourself and never give up. Don't be afraid to be different, having different beliefs and views.
