Project manager for HR Services. Ensuring the project members in my team are able to produce the work required to the right level and pace. Ensuring the different work streams of the project are progressing at the same time.
I have learned that being a people professional requires being strategic and have also learned how to ensure inclusivity across my daily practise.
I really enjoy my experience. The learning is exactly what i had hoped for.
Quite well organised. The Aptem system can be temperamental and storing the documents on a separate sharepoint is a bit difficult as it is not whitelisted in my company.
My manager supports me with my learning and the internal apprenticeship team are very helpful when i have questions.
My provider is always on hand to offer help and knowledge.
I feel that my qualification enables me to be more of a strategic business partner and offer the level of expertise i aim to.
