Logging, paying and appealing the PCN that we receive from the vehicles when out doing deliveries. Creating the Plan when the file drops in.

I enjoy it a lot - I have received lots of training in order to do my Job to the best of my ability. I have dedicated time in order for me to complete my coursework that I get set monthly.
Very well organized as I have a set day on Friday in order to spend time on my Coursework.
I receive lots of support - I have monthly one to ones in order to know my progress and to talk about any queries that i may have. My manager is very approachable so I am always asking questions that are going to help me.
I receive lots of training and support from my coach. If I ever need some help she will always be there to help me.
A lot as the things that I learn on my qualification I can put them in my every day working day and relate to that.
There are often graduate/apprenticeship events that I attend - For example Insight Session and we go for site visits to different sites.

supportive, Safe environment to work in. I would recommend it to anyone. I really enjoyed working for DHL.
Be polite and use the right language and tone for a formal situation. listen to the questions and think before you begin your answers. ask the interviewer to repeat or explain further if you do not understand a question. Be yourself. Explain the accomplishments, skills, or personality traits that set you apart.
