Help creating reports, cleansing data and validating data over a range of different programs as well as learning on and off the job for my apprenticeship and up skilling.
yes lots of opportunity to develop whether that's with the apprenticeship or with BP as have lots of different learning opportunities and this isn't just for your specific job role.
So far i have really enjoyed my Programme, at the start wasn't 100% sure on it but I have started to really enjoy it and have taken a keen interest.
Very well organised and is flexible where need be which gives me a large opportunity to take full advantage and able to improve on my knowledge and skills.
The course i am doing relates to a lot of my co-workers in what they do day to day, therefore have great support if needed to ask questions and receive valuable answers.
My training provider gives online webinars about each module weekly and then I have a online coach who helps me if I have any questions and helps on course work.
I believe it helps massively, I am 6 months into my course and already seeing my new skills being put across to my work which makes my tasks easier and also works the other way round where i learn something in my Job that i use for my apprenticeship.
yes, lots of social events such as the early careers team and then a smaller group for apprentices.
Yes
As there's lots of opportunities to upskill and provided lots of support whether that's with your studies or with the work you are doing. It is very friendly and everyone is willing to help each other.
Take your time with the application process, although it can seem quite long its worth it, there's videos and the bp website can help when you are in the application process
