Audit Trainee, performing audit procedures relating to the time of year, leading walkthrough meetings, performing controls based & substantive testing, constructing work papers etc.
Excel skills, understanding of how banks works and overarching business experience. Developed confidence & audit specific technical skills
Work load is often intensive & exam balance is extremely challenging, oftentimes under resourced, client work delivery is often at the expense of mental health
it's quite disorganised, as L&D is understaffed those off pathway fall prey to a range of problems, managers freely move study bookings which limits time for focussing on the programme.
medium, they try and support where possible, resourcing and availability of time can create challenges, but overall everyone tries their best
