  • I've developed my communication skills whether it's by email or in person and have also improved my problem solving skills

  • It's been a very enjoyable experience with many opportunities to engage in and many different people to interact with

  • It is well organised with a clear structure of how you will progress throughout the apprenticeship through to the end of the programme

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a large amount of support with specific teams available to assist you with your apprenticeship both within the company and outside with the training provider. There is also an abundance of support for the job role as well

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There is a lot of support from the training provider including a support team if you are struggling or falling behind in the qualification

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has helped a relatively large amount to perform in my role, however some topics do not directly relate to the role or are completed slightly different in reality due to the systems and technology available which is not discussed as much in the qualification

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many activities to get involved in which includes many different things. I myself have participated in many social activities with my team and networking events with the wider business

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It's a good place to work with many interesting people throughout the business. There are also a wide variety of areas to get into because of the size of the business

  • Be willing to learn and accept challenges
