I've developed my communication skills whether it's by email or in person and have also improved my problem solving skills
It's been a very enjoyable experience with many opportunities to engage in and many different people to interact with
It is well organised with a clear structure of how you will progress throughout the apprenticeship through to the end of the programme
I receive a large amount of support with specific teams available to assist you with your apprenticeship both within the company and outside with the training provider. There is also an abundance of support for the job role as well
There is a lot of support from the training provider including a support team if you are struggling or falling behind in the qualification
It has helped a relatively large amount to perform in my role, however some topics do not directly relate to the role or are completed slightly different in reality due to the systems and technology available which is not discussed as much in the qualification
There are many activities to get involved in which includes many different things. I myself have participated in many social activities with my team and networking events with the wider business
Yes
It's a good place to work with many interesting people throughout the business. There are also a wide variety of areas to get into because of the size of the business
