I fit equipment including engines, or fit work parts in ways such as riveting.
Developed my confidence and my attention to detail on practical work.
I wish I had more practical work on site than in college.
There is little secure structure to the programme, plans are not organised well in advance, they are only told a couple weeks before. Other than college holidays, they are organised.
Enough that when I have a problem I get support in time. The employee assistance programme is useful if I needed it.
Eal - I don’t have any access to their support, the college itself is very supportive.
Some classes I don’t feel will be useful for my role and could be changed into a more accurate class to my role.
