My communication skills have improved substantially, alongside my organisation skills.
I have fully enjoyed my time here so far on this programme and would recommend this to anybody.
at a high level this scheme is very organised. there are minor problems at times with the finer details however everyone is so supportive and reacts quickly if any problems arise.
I receive endless support from my employer. If I ran into any nature of problems, I know they have my back.
We receive endless support from both the training school and the company
It does help as it gives us a wider understanding of the fast moving customer goods industry
All types of networking events. I am part of an apprentice council and other working groups whilst we also have many social activities that come up
Yes
Why wouldn't I. The pay prospects, the people, the product, the environment are all spot on. The workload and apprenticeship studies are also interesting.
Keep applying. If you aren't successful in the first year, ask and take onboard the feedback and work on this. A lot of apprentices have been taken on after being rejected in previous years.
