Looking after the business and operations on a day to day, looking after 100 employees and delivering great customer service.
To analyse and take a step back from situations, and to take the right most efficient path that will help the business progress.
Got to learn new experiences.
Had to change structures and providers at the beginning, but once I was with Lifetime, everything was very smooth.
Was allocated a day every week and time away from my home store to not get distracted.
Whenever I needed, my tutor was on hand with very quick email responses.
Will help as I progress, learning about financials and outside factors influencing store level decisions.
5-a-side football, crew events.

Very results driven but a good learning experience on customer service.
Learn and lead with what you have been shown and you will take a lot of experiences if you leave or stay.
