Time management skills
I enjoy doing the course but it is hard to work around being at work and also doing the apprenticeship
I find this is an area for improvement as I find the communication through emails could be better articulated. I often find I cant source all of the information I need in just one place
I need support with having time to complete as I have a busy job with lots of expectations and deadlines seem to come around fast
The frequent calls are great, I just feel that the online guidance could be clearer with set objectives to refer back to
Lots of new management development techniques to learn and develop
Charity events
Yes
Its a great place to work where the company want to support learning and development
Be open to new opportunities
