  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, I have learnt and developed many new skills since starting my apprenticeship. The main skills I have really developed is my confidence and communication. By phoning candidates and engaging with them on a day to day basis it's pushed me to be more confident to talk to people, pushing me out of my comfort zone. It's enhanced my communication skills with people, allowing me to think fast on the spot, be prepared and manage time efficiently as well. Other new skills I have learnt is time management, team work and professionalism.

  • I'm not aware of any extra-curricular activities in my workplace, that's not to say there isn't any.
