Supporting colleagues in their work and getting an understanding of what is done and how the company works in different departments.
It is my first job so I have learnt a lot about acting in a professional workspace and being on time and dressing accordingly. I have also learnt how large organisations manage their employees and benefits and disadvantages of working for a large organisation.
I enjoy my apprenticeship as I work with good people and I learn a lot.
It is well structured I have a learning day once every 2 weeks and every week I have a day to complete my apprenticeship work.
I receive as much support as I need.
As much as I need.
It helps me perform better as I can take away a lot of my learnings and implement them in the workplace.
My current manager is great at getting me to network with employees at different sites so I spend some time travelling to meet new people.
Yes
Good company.
To speak to as many people as possible all over the company.
