My first placement at BAE Systems in Project Management is in the PMO. This consists of putting together packs for reviews, collecting data, managing spreadsheets and trackers, conducting a PM induction and conducting leavers interviews.
Communication skills, IT skills, Interpersonal skills.
I enjoy the programme very much. There are lots of opportunities for learning.
The programme has been very well organised and structured from when I started, to now.
I receive a high amount of support from my employer.

The qualification I am gaining assists me with my work as my knowledge and skills increase through my training provider.
There are many networking events and opportunities, e.g. outward bound for new apprentices.
