I am a shift manager within my company and run at least 3 shifts a week.
I have learnt what type of manager I am and how to approach certain situations.
I like learning new areas of the business and different ways to do things.
It was okay, we have just changed tutors which has helped as we have not met the new one yet or had a phone call to introduce ourselves and it has been weeks.
I have received a lot of support from many of my co workers and also get given time off the floor to complete tasks.
I haven't really had much time with my training provider.
I feel like it will help loads in the long run when it comes to using the stuff learned.
No not really, we do hold summer crew dos, but that is it.
Yes
Great place to work, made lifelong friends and the pay is good.
It is a fast paced place to work, we are always on the move, but there are great people to work with and have fun with along the way.
