I am someone who tests various features of the code that Devs are looking to release into production. My job is to assure quality and functionality alongside various other things.
Coding, various differing coding languages at the moment are in the works, the theoretics behind testing, advanced teamwork, and the start of learning banking and financing.
I enjoy it a lot, learning coding, though slow for me, it is fun and the theoretics behind testing are very interesting.
I haven't had much to do with the programme itself but what from I can see it is well done and very well put together by the various teams involved.
I receive a lot of support from the people around me, especially my manager. I also have team members who are very open and friendly.
I receive an acceptable amount though there have been a multitude of issues to reach this point.
It does not have a huge impact on my role.
There are a lot of charity events and social events to get involved in, I have semi-recently been a part of some apprentice talks and general talks to members of the business.
Yes
Good atmosphere, interesting work and an overall good environment to grow and learn in for the most part.
Never limit yourself, there are so many differing people here with some really amazing skills, take advantage of all the wealth of knowledge around you :)
