Taking calls from customers that use Sage products and helping them with issues/bugs they are experiencing.
My communication skills have developed greatly through taking calls every day. my interpersonal and team working skills have also come along greatly as I have been part of multiple successful teams.
i thoroughly enjoy my time at Sage. The people are accommodating to my needs/concerns as well as being excellent coaches, managers and colleagues. I feel like I have progressed within my job role and have plenty of opportunity to move forwards.
