  • I work in customer retentions, talking to customers about a plethora of billing and subscription issues intending to safeguard company monthly income

  • Absolutely, conflict resolution, problem solving and given that it's my first job general work experience

  • For all retentions can be stressful, I love the job and broader programme

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My apprenticeship is quite well organised however there could be greater clarity from the provider regarding what is expected. Moreover management reorganisations have left me having to reexplain challenges with the apprenticeship to managers. However the early careers team remains consistently brilliant.

  • I recieve a great standard of support from early careers, however I feel like there could have been a greater degree of understanding of what we would be required to study by the actual sales department relative to the reality our jobs

  • I recieve a minimum of 20% time per week, along with any support I would need

  • I am absolutely confident the programme will give me a greater understandings of sales

  • We have several colleague success networks, and a charity division I work with

  • Be bold but be yourself, people at Sage are incredibly tolerant of differences and we're a stronger organisation for it
