A/B testing, reporting on key metrics, maintaining and following testing roadmap, presenting test findings to wider team where necessary.
I have learned a number of skills and learned how to use a number of different tools, such as Data Studio, Google Analytics, Maxymiser and Contentsquare. I've also developed my confidence levels through presenting findings.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme and I have gained a wide variety of knowledge that I can apply to my role.
It could be better organised, I found that sometimes it was hard to get in contact with the apprenticeship provider.
The support from Sage is great, they helped me allocate time out of my work schedule to complete my apprenticeship work.
My original skills coach was amazing and very easy to get into contact with, but after getting a new skills coach it was more of a struggle, I found that sometimes my emails wouldn't get a response.
My qualification has definitely helped me in my role. Not only has it helped me understand my own role better, but also the work of teams around me.
I attend Sage's Pride Network events and other continuous innovation events.

I have had an amazing few years at Sage and can't recommend it enough. Since joining I have been uplifted and my confidence has grown. I feel very accepted at Sage and I feel that they really care about me as an employee.
Be your true authentic self, it really shines through and that's exactly what they're looking for.
