I work within the marketing automation team, often working with salesforce marketing cloud to improve/create ways of improving marketing from PwC from a technical standpoint. I often automate processes like engagement analytics and also build out bespoke cloud pages when necessary.
I have refined my use of programming languages I already knew, these include HTML, SQL AND Javascript. I have also learnt AMPScript/AMP and CSS. Alongside the technical aspects I've also learnt some marketing techniques and developed my softer business skills.
I enjoy the programme a lot, especially the work side. I find the work fulfilling and it is appreciated within the team.
The work side is organised well but the university side can be rocky at times.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. Always available to attempt to help on anything I'm stuck on
A fair amount, many resources are available and time is accounted for when learning for/taking exams
It gives me a good foundation to utilise any technical skills I have/may need to use
