Within my role ay Sage, my day to day is normally taking calls from customers, this is interacting with customers about their payroll queries/issues/errors and providing a service that will satisfy their experience. My responsibility's are to meet my customers wants and needs solving their payroll issues.
I have developed confidence during my calls with customers as I have been gaining experience on different types of customers and how to change for the customers needs and wants. During my apprenticeship, I have been developing my Maths and English skills by doing calculations for customers such as pension calculations and tax and NI calculations. My English has developed from my apprenticeship work that I've been writing up.
