My role is to help Sage 50 Payroll Customer who ring through for support. My day to day basis is answering the phone, asking the customer's questions to help find out information to resolve their issues and provide them with a great service.
My IT skills before this job was abit weaken due to not using a computer for a while but while working for Sage this skill have been brought back up to to a good skill than developed even further due to working on the computer each day.
For my program i enjoy it due i like finding out why issues happen or what has not be ticked or select for something to happen. I mostly enjoy finding out why something is wrong and fixing it.
I would say the programme is structured quite well with everything having it own place and been easy to find once understanding the different areas of the program.
I recieve quite a lot of support from my employer, having time offline to help learn or improve knowledge to better help our customers. Also, when struggling they will help find time so, that we can be supported to help improve even more.
This is quite similar to the question before the support is great help with our trainning provider as when needing help with work for the qualifications they are easily able to answer any question that i have.
I feel that the qulification help quite a bit due to the fact that when doing the training we get a more in-depth look into certain knowledges which help with the job role.
With work there are plenty of different extra-curricular such as parties so, that the company can enjoy time to relax and celebrate the hard work that we have done. Also, the has different communties that colleagues can join with silimar people.
Yes
I believe that Sage is a great company to work for and has a lot of benefits to it also, if my friend did join than believe it wasn't for them. I believe the experince would have still been great for them.
I would say be honest in want you are wanting from Sage as they have a lot of different oppurnities that can be helpful for anyone.
