I enjoy it quite a bit as it lets me see more into and learn more about the industry I'm working in
it can be confusing at times however the majority of the time it is easy to follow and is good resources
I do receive a lot of support however getting the time to do it definitely can be difficult
A huge amount of support. My coach is very supportive and has always explained assignments in detail if I haven't been able to get my head around it. My coach is definitely one of the people I'm most thankful of having during this time.
I'm able to see the star differently, I know why things are a certain way and why procedures are in place to protect the customers and the staff.
I have been involved in optional training meetings and and a social activity.
Yes
Personally I wouldn't say it's a great long term plan (for some people it is) but it does act as a great stepping stone into the adult world for the younger generations, it teaches important skills and as you progress through the company it only teaches you more, not only skills needed to perform your job as manager say but it teaches you restraint and how to deal with problems or people with a more open mind. It can also set you up with a lot of experience for your next job or for your dream career that you're studying for.
Be respectful of everyone when you start but know to stick up for yourself professionally and calmly, know your rights before starting as not everyone is educated on them. Work to impress at the start then you will have the respect of the managers and they will treat you as someone who knows how to handle them self, and for the U18s they will treat you like an adult.
