My role involves: - Analysing customer surveys - looking at NPS, CSAT and Ease - Consent Capture - Social Media Insights - Market Insights - Strategy - Sustainability

Data Analytics, excel, powerpoint, presentation skills, networking

I really enjoy it - support from my team and manager is great

Very well - no issues

Lots from my line manager. However, minimal from HR

Support could be better but overall the support has been adequate

I use things I have learnt at university in my daily tasks and vice versa.

Yes - I know there is an intern and apprentice football team. As well as monthly apprentice networking events outside of the office
