As Im my first year (therefore still at college) my day to day consists of completing both practical and written PEO work and assessments
I have developed new practical skills in welding and fabrication classes and developed my communication skills throughout the course
I enjoy the programme as the practical side is something I prefer as I like to be hands on with work.
Programme is structured well as it gives sufficient time to complete both practical and written sides of the course
I can receive a good amount of support from my employer as support can range from mental health to assistance with you day to day tasks
I believe I receive a great amount of support from the training providers as they like to see the next generation of BAE employees as many of them are former employees
I believe the qualification will better help me be prepared for the workplace as is it based on what you could expect to see when working
Not sure
Yes
Its a great place to further develop your career and as a person.
To fully get stuck in and hands on with whats being asked of you
